The Management Board of PRIMA MODA S.A., with its registered office in Warsaw pursuant to § 80 section 1 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 29 March 2018 on current and periodic information published by issuers of securities and the conditions for recognizing as equivalent information required by the laws of a non-member state Journal of Laws of 2018 item. 757, announces the dates of publication of periodic reports in 2019:
- Individual quarterly reports:
- for the first quarter of 2019 – 27 May 2019
- for the third quarter of 2019 – 25 November 2019
- Separate report for the first half of 2019 – 16 September 2019
- Separate annual report for 2018 – 30 April 2019
The Management Board of PRIMA MODA S.A. declares that in accordance with §79 sec. 2 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 29 March 2018 on current and periodic information published by issuers of securities and the conditions for recognising as equivalent information required by the laws of a non-member state, the issuer will not publish a quarterly report for the fourth quarter of the financial year 2018 and the second quarter of the financial year 2019.
