PMA Selection of a statutory auditor.
The Management Board of Prima Moda S.A.A (the Issuer) informs that on August 28, 2019, the Issuer of Prima Moda S.A. The Supervisory Board of the Issuer, acting on the basis of art. 382 § 1 of the CCC and § 14 section 2 point h of the Company's Articles of Association, pkF Consult spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością sp.k. decided to elect PKF Consult spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością sp.k. as a certified auditor. with its registered office in Warsaw at ul. Orzycka 6 lok. 1B, entered on the list of entities authorized to audit financial statements under number 477.
PKF Consult spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością sp. k. will conduct:
– Interim review of the financial statements of Prima Moda S.A. for the period ending 30 June 2019 and annual audit of the Issuer's financial statements for the period ending 31 December 2019.
The selection was made in accordance with the applicable regulations and professional standards.
