Management Board of Prima Moda Spółka Akcyjna informs that according to the attendance list at the Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of Prima Moda S.A. on June 28, 2019, the following shareholders held at least 5% of the total number of votes:
Renata Jankiewicz-Plesiak, Dariusz Plesiak – 1 859 982 shares, of which 3 359 982 votes were entitled at the AGM and which constituted 98.82% of votes at the AGM; and 58.12% of the total number of votes of the company.
The total number of votes resulting from all issued shares of the Company is 4,800,000 votes.
