PMA List of shareholders holding at least 5% of votes at the EGM on 18 September 2019
The Management Board of Prima Moda Spółka Akcyjna informs that according to the attendance list at the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of Prima Moda S.A. on September 18, 2019, the following shareholders held at least 5% of the total number of votes:
Renata Jankiewicz-Plesiak, Dariusz Plesiak – 1 819 982 shares, of which 3 319 982 votes were entitled at the EGM and which constituted 97.07% of votes at the EGM; and 69.16% of the total number of votes of the company. The total number of votes resulting from all issued shares of the Company is 4,800,000 votes.
