Registration of shares in KDPW

In connection with § 34 section. 1 point 1 of the Regulation of the Council of Ministers of 19 October 2005 on current and periodic information published by issuers of securities, the Management Board of PRIMA MODA S.A. informs that yesterday it received the Announcement of the Operations Department of the National Depository for Securities S.A., informing about the registration, on 20 December 2007, of 1,200,000 ordinary bearer series C shares of the first issue of PRIMA MODA S.A. with a nominal value of PLN 0.50 each and marked code PLPRMMD00012. The total number of shares after registration is 1,600,000
